We currently ship to addresses within Singapore only. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Thursdays and Public Holidays).
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch
Express delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch (where available)

Free standard shipping on orders above $80.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification. Please arrange re-delivery or collection as instructed. Fur It is not responsible for orders that are uncollected or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your furkid to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:
•Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
•Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
•Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
•Sale items and personalised or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•Opened or used grooming products
•Perishable items
•Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
