Fur It Grooming Studio (“Fur It”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at demo3.theshin.info and provides premium pet grooming services at 255 Changi Road, Singapore 419745. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our services.

•All grooming sessions are by appointment only.
•Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.
•We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
•No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
•Fur It reserves the right to decline or terminate a service if a pet displays extreme aggression or if grooming poses a risk to the pet’s health or safety.

•You confirm that your pet is in good general health at the time of the appointment. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioural concerns in advance.
•Pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations. We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination.
•Fur It is not liable for any pre-existing health conditions or issues that may become apparent during grooming.
•For severely matted pets, de-matting or shaving may be required for their comfort. Additional charges will apply and we will inform you before proceeding.
•Elderly, medically compromised, or pets with sensitive conditions are groomed at the owner’s risk. We will take all reasonable precautions but cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

•All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice.
•Final grooming charges are assessed at the time of the appointment and may vary based on coat condition, size, and temperament.
•Additional charges may apply for de-matting, special treatments, or extra time required.
•We will communicate any additional charges to you before proceeding.

• Payment is due upon completion of the grooming service or at the time of purchase for online orders.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayNow, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
• All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

Fur It takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However:

• We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction arising from pre-existing conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• In the unlikely event of an injury occurring during grooming, we will contact you immediately and, if necessary, arrange veterinary care. Fur It’s liability is limited to the cost of veterinary treatment arising directly from grooming services rendered.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to collars, leads, or accessories left at the salon.

• Product descriptions and images on our website are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for information on deliveries, returns, and refunds.

All content on the Fur It website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Fur It and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
